Lesson Price: $15/half hour
Where: Riner,Va

5 slots available on Wednesday nights from 6:30-9pm. Children under 12 will require some initial parent instruction.

Course Outline:
Tuning, Stringing, & Using an A-440 fork
Balance & Tone Part 1
Technique: Hand Positions, Hammer Ons, Pull Offs, Slides, Harmonics, etc
Basic Chord Theory: Includes learning basic song structures
Timing: Metronome exercises using basic chord knowledge
Basic Scales-Major, Intervals, Arpeggio, and Minor Pentatonic
Balance and Tone Part 2
Melody & Improvisation: Playing scales and melodies over song structures
Dynamics: How to create that band sound you are looking for!

Vist with WVTF Roanoke

Abe and I were on WVTF in roanoke on Sunday's "Back to the Blueridge" show with Kinney & Seth. We had a great time and really enjoyed meeting Kinney and Seth. Those guys have done a tremendous job presenting quality music on the programming there and we were honored to be part of it.
